As a therapist who works with adults, teens, and families, I strive to create a safe and open space for my clients to share their story. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship — based on trust, respect, and authenticity — is vital to the healing process. In addition, I believe that everyone's story is uniquely important and that the journey towards healing begins with one's story being heard and understood. I consider it an honor and a privilege to walk with my clients as they take steps toward freedom from current and past wounds.
My passion for holistic wellness and heart for people drive my therapeutic practice. Ultimately, my hope is that my clients find physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing through connection, self-awareness, and a renewed narrative that empowers them to make healthy, life-giving choices.
